A collaborative approach

Built around your community.

01

Listen & understand

Discuss your students, age groups, location, access needs and the challenges you want to address.

02

Shape the project

Choose a project theme and agree the activities, schedule, practical arrangements and intended learning outcomes.

03

Explore the funding

Discuss school-commissioned delivery or potential grant and partner support, subject to eligibility and availability.

04

Agree & review

Before delivery, agree responsibilities, safeguarding and support arrangements, and a practical way to review participation and progress.

Delivery & funding

A clear route
from the start.

School-commissioned projects

Schools may commission an agreed program directly. Scope, group size, timing, costs and delivery arrangements would be confirmed together.

Grant-supported opportunities

Where suitable opportunities exist, we can discuss eligibility and how a project could support your funding application. Funding decisions remain with the funder. Grants and free provision are not guaranteed.

Community collaboration

Community organizations and prospective sponsors can help us explore ways to widen access. Any collaboration would be agreed before it is announced.

School inquiry

Let's start with
your students.

Tell us where you are, who you want to support and what you would like to achieve. Please avoid including students' names or sensitive personal information.
